ValueFirst is a product incubation and management consultancy company that is specialized in agile en lean techniques.

Timo

Timo is an experienced Agile & Lean Coach and Managing Partner at ValueFirst. Timo has a background in strategic management, corporate venturing and software development. He has worked for several years at the corporate venturing unit of ABN AMRO bank.

Timo loves to work with software development- and new product development teams. He is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Scrum Professional and in the final stage of becoming a Professional Scrum Trainer.

Timo is also a mentor at the Rockstart Accelerator, The Lean Startup Machine and Startup Bootcamp where he coaches startups and new product development teams on Lean and Agile.

Kees

Kees is Lean Coach and Senior Partner at Value First. He also holds a position as Lean Evangelist at Startup Bootcamp and coaches a portfolio of startups and corporate innovation teams on business strategy & lean startup methodology.

In the past he co-founded SNTMNT (stock prediction based on Twitter) & GamiFly (gamification studio) and has worked at ABN Amro Dialogues Incubator as an innovation manager. He has a passion for innovation & entrepreneurship in the field of new media and his expertise lies in product & customer development from a lean startup perspective.

As a Firestarter, Kees tries to kickstart a startup ecosystem by organizing events like Evolv Weekend, Lean Startup Machine, Leancamp, Rotterdam Startup meetup & the Dutch Lean Startup Circle.

Erik

Driven by the believe that in the end people make the difference, Erik coaches teams and organisations to become more productive and effective. By a focus on value creation for the entire organisation he helps individuals, teams and organisations to flourish.

Erik is Agile Coach at Value First. He is a Certified ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner en Scrum Professional. He not only has knowledge of Scrum but also has experience with Kanban and other Agile methods. As a Prince2 Practitioner he is also familiar with traditional project management.

With a background as a business analist and an education as a professional coach, Erik is a success factor in every Agile project.
